How does Inkstained deal with copyrights?

As an Inkstained user, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you post on Inkstained, and Inkstained and/or third parties retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in all content other than that posted by individual users. By posting your work on this site, you grant Inkstained a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt (including, without limitation, in order to conform it to the requirements of any networks, devices, services, or media through which Inkstained is available).
